1. If you intend to and qualify for a leave of absence, kindly submit your application before Feb. 10, 2026. Failure to do so will require you to pay the registration fee in advance, with a partial refund applicable.
2. If you need a Certificate of Enrollment, you may obtain it in one of the following ways (available starting three working days after you complete your tuition payment):

• Online: Log in to the Student Information System to download and print your Certificate of Enrollment.
• On Campus: Use the machine located on the 1st floor of the Administration Building or the Library to print a Certificate of Enrollment. The first copy is free each semester.
